Coastal Movement Specialists was opened in October of 2020 in Johns Island South Carolina by co-founders Kristen Kelliher and Amanda Beacham.

We are an outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic which specializes in treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular impairments. Our mission is to provide one-on-one care to allow our patients and clients to live a more active, healthy and pain free life.
