Coastal Movement Specialists was founded in October 2020 in Johns Island, South Carolina. The practice is owned by Amanda Beacham, who is proud to run a local, woman-owned business serving her community.

CMS is an outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic specializing in the treatment of orthopedic, neurologic, pelvic floor, and vestibular conditions. Our approach centers on individualized, one-on-one care designed to help each patient move better, feel better, and return to the activities they love.
